F.A.Q.’s concerning getting tattooed (or pierced) at ITB:
Q. – How old do you have to be to get tattooed/pierced at ITB?
A- ITB will not tattoo or pierce any person under the age of 16. If you are a minor, you will need to have a parent or legal guardian present with you. Parent/guardian must have a valid state photo ID. Minor must have a photo ID (a school ID is acceptable). The minor must also have a birth certificate. We must have all 3 items to prove identity and guardianship.
Q. – Do you take walk-ins?
A. Yes, our walk in clients are treated first come first served. As long as we have an artist available we can take customer walk ins. There is no guarantee.

Q. – How do I go about setting an appointment?
A. – We ask that customers stop in the studio to set an appointment. We feel like communication is best when a client is able to consult with their artist before getting the tattoo. It is always helpful to have reference pictures/artwork with you when you talk to your artist. Our artists can custom design your tattoo for you, we just prefer to have an idea of the style/direction you want to go in. We do require a deposit of $50-$100 to set an appointment.

Q. – What is your policy on deposits?
A. – Deposits are non-refundable. They are deducted from the price of your tattoo at time of payment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice and we will hold your deposit to reschedule within 30 days. If you fail to show up for your appointment or you are over 15 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited.
Q. -How do you price a tattoo?
A. – We have a $50 MINIMUM. The minimum is the STARTING price for tattooes. Pricing is based on the design, size, placement and estimated time the tattoo may take. WE DO NOT DO PRICING OVER THE PHONE. Larger pieces (like sleeves, etc) are usually priced at an hourly rate which is usually around $150 an hour.
Q. – How do I set up an appointment if I live out of town?
A. – If you can not easily come in to set up an appointment, we can make exceptions and set up an appointment over the phone. We will need you to e-mail us your design ideas and as much detail with design, size (measurements) and placement as possible. Once the design is e-mailed, call us to set up the appointment. We will need to take a deposit over the phone with a VISA or MASTERCARD.
Q. – Can I bring friends with me on appointment day?
A. – Yes, but you may only have 1 person with you in the tattoo station while you get tattooed. Children are not allowed in tattoo stations and can not be left unattended. If children are being disruptive, we may ask that they leave the studio.
Other Pre-visit Preparations:
-Make sure you eat a solid meal before your appointment.
-If you have a medical conditions, please consult your doctor and get clearance before getting your tattoo. Let your artist know of any medical conditions that you have that may affect the process.
-Do not consume any alcohol, pain medications, blood thinners or any other type of medication that may put your health at risk.
-Make sure the area to be tattooed is free from skin blemishes, rashes, fresh scars, sunburn, etc.
